- The Shiba Inu is an ultra-rare pet in Adopt Me! that was released on June 15, 2019, along with the Pets update. Originally, players could obtain it by hatching a Cracked Egg, a Pet Egg, or a Royal Egg, but as of July 21, 2022, the Shiba Inu can only be obtained by hatching a Retired Egg or through trading.

- Players have a 7.5% chance of hatching a Shiba Inu from a Retired Egg. The Shiba Inu has mostly tan fur, with a white/beige underbelly, neck, feet, ear fluff, and chin. It also has a black nose and beady eyes with a mauve tongue sticking out of its mouth. Here are the tricks the Shiba Inu learns in order: The Neon Shiba Inu glows golden yellow inside its ears, tail, and paws. The Mega Neon Shiba Inu glows in the same areas as the Neon Shiba Inu, except those areas cycles through the colors of the rainbow.
