Here are the tricks the Scarebear learns in order: The Neon Scarebear glows blue on the tuft of fur on its head and its inner ears during the day. At night, it glows blue on its mane, eyes, and inner ears. The Mega Neon Scarebear glows in the same areas as the Neon Scarebear, except those areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow.
